Sareehues Shipping Policy

At Sareehues, we are dedicated to delivering your sarees promptly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased from our website, sareehues.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays in Tamil Nadu, India.

  • Order Delays: In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India):

    • Shipping Charges: Is Totally Free Of Cost

    • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery within 4-7 business days after order processing.

  • International Shipping:

               (Incase if we do International Shipping)

    • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
    • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days after order processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

     

4. International Shipping Considerations

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Sareehues has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

  • Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs procedures are beyond our control.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

  • Restricted Areas: Certain remote areas may have limited delivery options. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and provide alternative solutions.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at sareehues@gmail.com. If you accept a damaged package, document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sareehues@gmail.com so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. Sareehues is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
