Sareehues Refunds and Returns Policy

At Sareehues, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted, the process to initiate a return, and any associated costs.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 24hours from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed.

    • In their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

    • Returned in the original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Customized or personalized sarees.

    • Items purchased on final sale.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at sareehues@gmail.com within 24 hours return period, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges are refundable.

4. Processing Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

  • Rejected Returns: If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item(s) will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at sareehues@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
